Transposing design into code is the best it has ever been with Figma code. Been doing this for years now, the progress has been fantastic!
However, there is a step that could make this even more friendly.
I’d like to see an option to dynamically import Figma Components into React (with props!)
Either in the Copy menu or in the Code mode → export as NPM package NPM / CDNJS link.
This way I can design or update designs in Figma and it will automatically update in my live code!
Additionally, would be great to have:
– version control a component
– cache import
– marketplace of component
– ability to vote on component / default
