There is no easy way to collapse all text styles and groups in the variables window. Even adding Option/Alt click ability like you can for the Layers panel would be helpful.

Option/Alt + click for nested collapse/expand in variable structures (like in Layers) would be super helpful. Ideally, there would also be an option to collapse the entire structure analogous to Option/Alt + L.
