In one of my projects I was wanting to capitalize a single word, but realized I didn’t have the ability to do so without it being manual. I feel a shortcut, even if its just in the drop-down sub menu, would be useful for multiple selections that need to be capitalized especially when it’s not the whole sentence/paragraph.

Captializing single selection of text
I'd love to have that, but to be honest, I don't think that would be a thing that a lot of people will use because it is not a common shortcut pattern like other formatting (bold, italic, etc.).
There are some softwares that allows the toggle between lower and uppercase with Shift+F3, but it seems not to be a thing in Figma.
