When I was working on large-scale projects, I found that some design drafts often couldn't be done with Figma and were made using Photoshop. However, I needed to display them in my Figma design drafts for members of the project team or developers to view. But at this point, I have two solutions: one is to convert PSD files to PNG photo format, and the other is to convert all design drafts to third-party annotation software. So my idea is whether Figma can develop a PSD parsing function. If this function takes too much time, can it provide a thumbnail image for viewing PSD annotations or a plugin like function? What do you think? I often experience lag in Figma UI 3.0, which is not as smooth as before

To be honest, I don't think that is feasible. PSD files seem "too much" for a web-based application like Figma. They are heavy files that are bitmap-based rather than vectorial, like Figma files.
Uh-huh, I agree with you, but I do have this need. I'm just an idea. How to convert may require a deeper exploration, or as I said, only show thumbnails to view the ruler to the members of the project.
