Bulk view / transfer files

It would be useful to have a way to

• see all files within a team (across all projects), including owner info
• multi-select and transfer ownership in bulk

This would allow to quickly see and fix ownership issues, which currently has to be done on a per-file basis (and requires to check all files to find issues to begin with)
