[BUG] Keyboard shortcuts not compatible with non-QWERTY keyboards

  1. I have a QWERTZ keyboard. All shortcuts using symbols accessible through Shift+[Number] do not work. For instance CTRL + / .

Related to this, if you start the application with one layout, and then switch to another while it is running, the keyboard shortcuts are bound incorrectly to the position on the keyboard rather than the letter on the key.
