Our workflow is to decline all license requests that users make in the app.

We require all users to create a ticket in Service-now and after getting approval from the appropriate Finance Director to manually approve the appropriate license (Full, Dev or Collab).

I’m requesting a way to set all license requests to “decline” and tailor the email response to detail how to open a ticket for the license request.

I like the idea of auto-declining requests. I will extend that a bit further that for any declined request it would be nice if there was a way to include a message that gets sent to the user whether automatically or when manually declining.

I see the value in having the ability to auto-decline if requested in the platform directly (without going through the formal request you require internally). It also makes sense how the ability to add a customizable response with that rejection would elevate that process. 

 

I think these are very valid asks. At the moment, I don’t have an immediate recommendation that could be a substitute, but I will note this as customer feedback internally. Appreciate the time you both took to post 😁
