Currently there is no way to download or export videos out of Slides - only workaround is to copy the slide into Design, switch to dev mode, then download it.
This is obviously a time churn, and leaves those on a Collab seat unable to export these.
Request to add the ability to export videos (and automatically export them when outputting to pptx) from Figma Slides.
