Apparently you can’t change these things.
I could understand if you didn’t want to allow changing the kind of topic since my understanding is that if a question has a marked answer and you wanted to change to conversation you wouldn’t know what to do about this. But at least I think it should be reasonable to allow users to change the title and category. People make mistakes sometimes...
