i am suggesting to allow us to select multiple components from the stage and publish all or selected, beside the option to create variants
coz after some updates and modifications, publishing from the library window becomes a challenge. some updates i don’t want to publish. sometimes it’s hard to follow the naming as well. and i believe as designers, visually it is easier for us, since we know where and which components we want to publish on the stage.
i see this very similar to the new create component update in the new UI. you are allowing us to select multiple frames and select if we want to create a single component or multiple ones at once.

and of course there is the publish changes option, which could follow the same approach, or a drop down like the component creation. anyway, the main idea is selecting from the stage to publish.
