Every time I paste the copied YouTube link where the YouTube video is supposed to start at a specific timestamp it starts from the beginning. When I paste the link into the browser the video starts in the correct spot. Has anyone else experienced this and found a way to get the link to start at the proper timestamp?

Hi @Dan_Mataczynski, thanks for flagging this!

I just tested this and experienced the same. Our Slides team confirmed that we currently strip query parameters when we embed YouTube links, so this is expected.

I’ve updated your topic into a feature request, so we can gauge interest in this capability for the future.

Thanks @djv! I hope it gets some traction because I feel being able to share a certain part of a YouTube video would be a more common use case than playing a full video for a presentation.
