Figma slides is great! One thing that our team has been missing since we’ve been using it is an option to export to .ppt. Our team works a lot on decks for external clients and we would love to use Figma Slides to do that.
Allow Figma Slides to export as .ppt or Google Slides
I see there is an Export option to PPTX.
It’s a bit hit and miss at best.
- An option to remap fonts would be nice.
- Any Figma designs copied into the file completely fall apart.
- Asset hierarchy seems to do it’s own thing.
- I even have a squashed video (that were inside Frames)
- Animated GIFs don’t work.
- And other randomness.
Yeah, I’m on the fence with whether this is a tool I can use or not. This would take longer than the actual presentation took to make in Slide in order to correct in PPT
