Allow Colour Styles to be used for effects colour as well

While making assets, i use colours from colour styles in Library, but while adding a shadow i need the colour to be from the colour styles, but the Option of Colour Styles from Library is not available in the effects colours option, only Variable colours. 

would like to have the option to select from colour styles for Effects.
