Currently, when I share a link to a particular frame in Slack, the preview shows the whole canvas with many frames. I would prefer to see the shared frame in the preview instead.

Hey there! Welcome to the community, and thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’ll pass this onto our team for consideration 🙂

Seems like this suggestion was implemented (which was a HUGE win, because I almost always deleted the preview generated in Slack for just that reason). By showing a preview of the particular frame you are linking to, it was 1000% more useful.

However...as quickly as it appeared, now I no longer get ANY previews generated when I paste Figma links into Slack. I dunno if that’s controlled by some integration with Slack, or it has something to do with what Figma returns for the preview.

Am I the only one this has happened to?

This has happened to me too. No previews in Slack anymore.
