While Figma doesn’t have a built-in URL shortener, so, we currently use external tools, like browser extensions or third-party apps

By adding this feature, we can easily share Figma designs and prototypes with others via shortened URLs.

I noticed this feature in google form. while sharing google form link to user for submitting . google form gives 2 option LONG URL or you can Short your Url itself. 

so, I think if figma will add this feature while sharing prototype long URLs to short url. So, it will impact many users and process will be smooth . beacuse final output url will be short and shown as great
