Add support to import and export AVIF images

There are import plugins already, but I made another one, to learn.

AVIF Import is a straightforward utility plugin to import AVIF image files into Figma. You can easily browse for files or drag and drop them directly into the plugin window. The plugin supports multiple file imports at once.

This has been a huge pain point for our organization, we have been using the WordPress plugin Imagify to automatically convert our uploaded images to AVIF, but the quality is never that great and we always get bugs to replace the images for better quality ones.

Having native AVIF support in Figma would be AMAZING, it would guarantee that developers are exporting images from Figma at the required quality without having to do extra steps to convert the files after we export them.
