Add proper ZQSD support for French AZERTY keyboards

Currently, the "Alt + WASD" shortcut for moving elements is designed for QWERTY layouts.  
On French AZERTY keyboards, this becomes very awkward, since the natural movement keys are ZQSD instead of WASD.  

Even when setting the keyboard layout to "French AZERTY" in Figma, the shortcuts remain QWERTY-based. This creates a big usability issue for AZERTY users, as one of the most practical shortcuts feels broken.  

This would greatly improve the experience for all non-QWERTY users.
