Right now, we’re limited to the parallax effect, which feels a bit outdated - I’d love to see something more modern.
At the moment, designers who want more advanced animations move to Framer - essentially Figma, but focused heavily on text and scroll-based animations. There are tons of YouTube tutorials about it. The workflow there is very convenient, but constantly exporting from Figma to Framer has become exhausting.
I would really like to see these features - which I consider extremely important for designers - built directly into the Figma we all know and love.
