Hey Figma Team,

As a designer who relies heavily on Figma Make for my design-to-production process, I wanted to share some insights and suggestions that could really enhance the overall experience. Below are a few key pain points I’ve encountered, along with a suggestion that I believe would greatly streamline the workflow.

1. Challenge: Large Frames Automatically Converting to Images

When uploading larger frames from Figma into Figma Make, I’ve noticed that sometimes they automatically get converted to static images. This compromises the flexibility of working with vector-based designs and impacts the quality and adaptability of the final product. It would be fantastic if there were a way to either prevent this conversion or handle large frames more intelligently, allowing them to retain their original quality and interactivity.

2. Challenge: Manual Batch Uploading for Multiple Frames

Currently, I’m limited to uploading only three frames at a time, which quickly becomes cumbersome when working with larger design flows. For example, if I have a flow that’s made up of more than three frames, I need to upload them in batches, which is not ideal. A more intuitive method to upload multiple frames at once—say, a bulk upload feature or drag-and-drop support—would save valuable time and streamline my workflow.

3. Challenge: Managing Interactions & Token Counts

While working in Figma Make, I also need to keep track of interaction and token counts, which adds an extra layer of complexity to the process. Having to constantly manage these elements while focusing on design can feel overwhelming, especially when I’m trying to maintain a smooth and efficient flow. Simplifying this aspect, or providing more transparent ways to track these counts in real time, would help reduce friction.

4. Suggestion: Direct Figma File Access for Seamless Integration

Here’s my big idea: what if Figma Make could seamlessly integrate with Figma design files, automatically detecting all available frames
