Ability to copy when the layer is locked

There are times when I accidentally move an item instead of copying it. Applies to components.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. You can copy the asset (here the components) when your asset is locked. Please see the video recording below.
(To paste it and move it, you have to unlock the asset)
