Ability to Copy/Paste Interaction Properties Between Prototype Connections

The problem:
Right now, when creating complex interactive prototypes, you have to manually set up the same animation and trigger settings for every single new connection.

The suggestion:
Introduce a feature that allows users to copy properties from one prototype interaction and paste them onto a new or existing connection (e.g., using a shortcut like Cmd/Ctrl + Option/Alt + C and V while in Prototype mode). It should work exactly like copying fills and strokes between frames in Design mode. This would drastically speed up workflow efficiency, especially when fixing or rebuilding flows from scratch.

Example: Copy the connection properties from other frames and paste in Interactions.

I feel this used to be a feature that was done away with? Frustrating trying to not have this efficiency in the workflow of manual prototyping

I completely agree. This is one of those small quality-of-life features that would save a surprising amount of time. When you're building prototypes with dozens of similar interactions, repeatedly selecting the same trigger, animation, easing, and duration becomes tedious and increases the chance of inconsistencies. Being able to copy only the interaction properties and apply them to another connection would make prototyping much faster, especially during iterations when flows change and links need to be recreated. It would also fit naturally with the existing workflow, since Figma already lets us copy and paste other properties in Design mode. This feels like a logical extension rather than an entirely new concept.

Exactly.
