Hi,

I accidentally permanently deleted an important Figma design file from the Trash.

I understand that normally files cannot be restored after permanent deletion, but I wanted to ask if there is any way Figma staff can check backend backups and recover it.

Details:
* File name:  Valor landing page
* Team/Workspace: Al-amin
* Approx deletion time: 02/15/2026,  9:00 PM - 9:30 PM (GMT+6)

This file is critical for my work and I would really appreciate any help or guidance from the Figma team.

Thank you.

Hi Figma Support Team,

I’m following up on my previous request regarding the permanently deleted file "Valor landing page" in the Al-amin workspace.

This file is extremely important for my client work, and I would really appreciate it if you could check if any backup or recovery option is available.

Thank you very much for your time and support.

Best regards,
Md Al-Amin Hossen
