Dimnote: add real-world dimensions to your designs in one click (free plugin, feedback welcome)

Hi everyone! I've just released Dimnote, a free plugin that adds real-world dimensions to your designs.

I made it because I plan my own home projects in Figma, and drawing every dimension line by hand was the slowest part.

How it works:

1. Select one or more layers

2. Pick units (mm, cm, m, in, ft) and a scale

3. Click Auto, or choose a side

The dimensions are normal Figma layers, so you can restyle them to match your drawing.

I built the whole plugin with Figma Agent, which was a fun experiment in itself.
