Why the alignment (Flow) control was repositioned in auto layout properties?

PLease stop moving most commonly used buttons to new places all the time!

It isvery bad us practise, each time I need to spend time to learn where I can find an options that was moved or has a new look, like whith this auto layout flow buttons, which where presented as a dropdown before. Very subtle and unexpected change.
