In short, you say you appreciate feedback in the pinned topic, but when a user selects submit feedback on the help menu within the app, you are taken here. There’s no open dialogue box or form to quickly submit a comment and attach a photo. In fact, I can’t even attach a photo, which is extremely frustrating. Plus, I have to login. How is that not, for ease of user, connected to my existing app account?
In regards to what I was originally submitting feedback on, I didn’t have a grand idea for a feature I wanted from Figma. I had a comment about accessibility and findability for a high-priority property, width and length of a frame. To me “submit feedback” ≠ share an idea.
I wish you would make it easier to submit thoughts on UI3.
