Where is the Prototype Tab?

Hi, where I can find the prototype mode in this new UI? and also the absolute position in auto-layout is also missing?

You are in Draw mode, switch to Design

Confirming what Nellya said you're likely in Draw mode, not Design mode. In UI3 that toolbar switch also hides parts of the right panel, which is why "Absolute position" for auto-layout disappeared too. Switch back to Design mode (top-left toggle, or hit V) and both the Prototype tab and the auto-layout position option should reappear.
