Where is Figma community?

It’s Templates and tools now. 

Also, you can open your community profile and get access to the community from there.

We have good news: The Community tab is back in the file browser, making it easier to find public templates and tools. You can see all the details here: File browser updates: Community returns, plus a new Resources tab.
