The problem with Figma file organization becomes a nightmare when you have a full design team and your company’s workflow is based on a 2-week release cycle.

In every release, each designer produces 2–3 design files — you can imagine how many files pile up in Figma.

It’s incredibly frustrating that Figma doesn’t offer an option to filter files by creator. This would make managing and finding files so much easier.

What else would help:

It would be amazing to have an assign feature — something like what Jira offers, where you can assign a member to a task/ticket.

That way, it’s clear who is responsible for what.

Honestly, that would be a game-changer.
