Very good if there is anyone enjoying UI3 but the only solution here is allowing the user to choose between the classic and the new mess forever (never remove the classic from the option).

Look I was going to mention all the declutters, but this is going to be very long. Just keep on making UI3 or 4 or 5 or 6 … but just allow us to stick to what feels HOME.

“It said we listened to your feedback, and we made these changes” Please I’ve never came across such feedbacks but one thing is for sure, A lot of people is giving you feedback that UI3 is terrible. My heart goes out to the developers who made it, We know it takes a lot of effort to bring such changes however its more of psychological besides the new placement and all. So just allow us to stick to what we have called home and what we are familiar with.

Who else didnt like UI3? (this might not be a constructive feedback just all we’re asking is for the option to stick to what we want instead of removing it at a given time)

Figma captivated people with features that now change the plans of teams. No worries, Penpot is getting really good ;-)

Love UI3 personally. I’ve been using Figma since early 2016 and easily adjusted to UI3 so I’m not sure why everyone is having so many problems.

Brian good for you! I am not saying you should hate it, All I was saying was to keep it optional.

At least Adobe never forced a “complete refresh” on its users… not to mention a change for the worse. Who’s running things over there?  They are full of themselves to have taken a UI that everyone loved, and then overhauled the whole thing. There was no USE or NEED for it.  Have they ever heard of user testing? You don’t make such drastic changes (that are also shallow/style based vs usefulness-based) to workflow-based software like this. Everyone knows that. At least “real” Product Designers & UX professionals do. By “real” I mean they meet a basic level of proficiency. So again, I wonder who they put in charge of this and if they still have their job. Hey, Figma! This isn’t an iPhone app! We need this to be reliable because our livelihoods are based on us being able to use the app efficiently.
