UI3 feedback

I’m a UI designer, not an analytic or product designer and Figma UI3 is a huge drawback for me for many reasons.

• Now I need to search where the @$#% size/position and layout section is. Every. %!@#*&$. Time. It just exhausts me.
• Effects section is now above selection colors? WHY? WHO HAVE ASKED FOR THIS?
• Back in the day all assets were shown simultaneously and I could have pick them instantly, now I need to navigate through folders and to try and remember where have I placed them.
• Plugins are now buried in sub-submenu for like why? They don’t matter anymore?

PLEASE PLEASE at least let us customise your shiny new piece of… refined and exquisite design.
