something simple, trying to upload an image using the brainstorm template, where is the add image button?

Terrible experience trying to upload an image in the Brainstorm Template

I assume you’re referring to this Brainstorm template that can be added to a FigJam file from within FigJam:
Is this correct?
If so, you should be able to click the + icon from the toolbar > More tab > Media to upload images.
