Stop controls hiding!!!!

Is there a way to stop options in the right panel from hiding all the time, it’s really infuriating. 

Like when I’m in the scale tool, I can’t change variants and various other things get hidden. 

I hate it so much. 

I also hate hunting for my tools that move all the time. The new UI is so terrible I can’t believe it’s in an actual UX design program.
