Spell check for improper capitalisation when Uppercase

When a text element is set to Uppercase, it shouldn’t spellcheck improper casing.

For example, below I’ve typed “THis”, which would be incorrect should it be standard case - however, when uppercase this is irrelevant and slightly distracting.
