Slots and variable sizes not working when placed back and forth between a section/frame with a mode on (e.g. mobile vs desktop)

Hi,

I’ve encountered this bug testing out slots.  I’ve created a desktop component with a slot that uses components and both have variable widths for desktop and mobile. If I drag that instance with slotted components into a frame/section that’s set to mobile it will shrink down, but if I drag it out, the slotted components remain mobile size.

Attached is a screenshot of the discrepancy.

The instance functions perfectly fine if I manually set the desktop/mobile modes through the appearance panel though.

 

Ps. I love the possibility of slots and can’t wait when it’s out of beta.

    I have a frame with a content slot inside it. In that slot, I've placed a frame with content that is set to fill both width and height.

    All resizing constraints are configured correctly.

    However, sometimes — randomly and on random frames — when I click through the layers to reach the content inside the slot, the content inside the slot changes its size on its own (usually shrinks).

    This happens inconsistently and is hard to reproduce on demand, but it breaks the layout each time it occurs.

    Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a known workaround?
