Problem:
When on design mode, you can move between slides with up+down and right+left arrows.
But when presenting you can ONLY move between slides with the right+left arrows, which is un-natural to RTL languages (such as Hebrew).

Solution:
Adding the up+down arrows option to the present mode can be very helpful here.
