The drag handler seems missing on animation to reaarange which animation to address up or it doesnt work like that ? anybody suggestion ?

Would you be able to share a short screen recording of what you're seeing? A few seconds showing where you're looking for the drag handle and what happens when you try would tell us a lot more than a screenshot, since this is really about an interaction.
When you say rearrange, are you trying to change the order animations play in, or move something up in a list? That'll help me tell whether this is a missing control or just a different spot than you'd expect.
