Publish a Figma Buzz template without edit restrictions

Can a Figma Buzz template be published without restrictions? We have custom sized assets and tried to publish a template. Even with blank frames it still said Edit restrictions were applied. Using a Figma template doesn’t seem to have this issue. Is this a bug?

The team appreciated your feedback and confirmed that Buzz does not support From your team templates without restrictions. The recommended workaround is to let your team know they should remove the guidelines after inserting the template.
