This is more feedback than a complaint, but I’d really appreciate greater transparency around pricing. If the cost is around £168 and then increases to roughly £200 once tax is added, it would be much better to show that full price upfront rather than only revealing it at the final stage.
I’ve gone ahead and purchased it, and I’m happy with the product overall, but the added tax at the end does feel a bit unexpected. Being clearer about the total cost from the start would make the experience feel more straightforward and less misleading.
Aside from that, it’s a strong product and one I’m glad to be using — it would just benefit from clearer pricing presentation for customers.
