Non-URL dev resources

As a backend developer, I would like to be able to add details for how various parts of the design can be implemented as backend interactions (API endpoints, parameters, specifics). Currently, I am limited to add an URL in “Dev resources”, but I would like to be able to add information other than an URL.

There also doesn’t seem to be a way to easily see which parts of the design have dev resources attached and which don’t.

All in all, I haven’t found a way to use this feature in a useful way so far, and have been using discussions instead.
