Today i remarked an update of figma. And I’m really upset. I liked new feature progressive blur? but i can’t put more than one on one layer. But that really touch my heart new icons of pen and brush, earlier i fall in love in figma because of minimalism and right now it is something different. And i dont like appearing of blue color in interface

You are probably in Draw mode. You can switch to Design, colors and icons are still the same there.
