I can’t believe they made such a simple and minimalistic design so much complex and busy, and call it “Simplier and better” design in their UI3 update page. 
Why every fricking input field has to have grey background? It was so much easier to find anything on that panel before.

The biggest mistake Figma has made so far. 

UI3 feels like the designers got inspiration from dribbble without thinking about the actual usability of their design. The icons are a mess and everything feels so much more tedious. I can’t even make a frame landscape without rotating it...why??

Where to sign a petition to bring back old UI?

my brain is not braining anymore on seeing this UI3 shit

yeah we need a petition to bring back old UI! Or some talented bright minds who can write a plugin or smth that will change Figma UI to 2nd one. I would even gladly pay for that, and i have never! payed for figma subscription. figma doesn’t listen to us and using it’s position as a top web design tool so we can't give it up right now, because we have whole design systems and stuff in there! 
i’m greatly disappointed! figma was alwayn an example of good design for me.. now it’s not. L update. 

I wish they kept it optional, I felt ignored because we have been shouting all over this forum to how terrible the new UI is. Keeping it optional would have been a lot better. I guess we should develop a plugin or an extension that would somehow bring back the core looks and Ux we used to love. 

I want UI 2 back, the tool bar at the bottom is infuriating. Tools/options are hidden and options that have context to each other are now in different parts of the the UI.   What users did they test this with to think this was a good “enhancement”. This update is awful. 

So many people pointing out the same fundamental problems and issues with this UI3. Are Figma listening to us?

Not really, since they are not doing anything. But If someone would actually start a petition or maybe start calling them and complaining - that may help.

You can understand that they don’t really care, as there was no feedback form/survey we can actually fill that they have posted.

The designers of the company should be ashamed if they are really designers.

UI3 is pure nonsense, Figma is a tool and I need it for work not for play

Terrible UI3 design. It's not that it's bad in design. It's bad because I spend too much time finding the right functionality or button.  I'm having a panic attack because I can't do my work on time.
