Measure and Annotation for Dev Seats

I’ve recently discovered that our Developers are unable to use the measure and annotation feature when entering Dev Mode. I find this very odd, as a Designer with a full seat I rarely enter dev mode, surely all Dev mode features should be available at Developer seats?

    I get that it would be useful if Dev seat users could add measurements and annotations like Full seat users. I'll pass your feedback along to our team for consideration.

      Not that it would be useful, we are already paying for Dev mode ™, and you are hiding two of it’s major features under Full seat. What is unacceptable is that this issue is there since beginning and wasn’t resolved yet. But I guess this way you get more money for Full seats, because all developers need these features anyway :)
