Dear Figma official team,

Hello!

We are a formal enterprise located in Chinese mainland, and we intend to purchase your Figma enterprise version service. Now we consult you about invoice related issues:

  1. Can your company issue formal valid invoices for enterprises in Chinese mainland?
  2. What types of invoices can be provided? Can it be used for domestic enterprise financial reimbursement and account entry?
  3. What are the specific steps and requirements to apply for invoices after payment?
  4. Can the invoice be issued with our full Chinese company name and complete enterprise information as the invoice title?

Please tell us the relevant detailed rules of invoice issuance, so that we can complete the subsequent payment and financial procedures.

    Hi ​@Kitty zheng, the option to include a VAT ID is only available to customers in countries where Figma currently charges VAT or GST. You may check out the following article for the list:

    That said, the Billing team would be best equipped to confirm this based on your billing setup.
