Hi @aycoder, thanks for providing the additional context. I took a look at your ticket and saw that the team was able to point you in the right direction for further assistance.

Sharing this here as well in case it helps others experiencing something similar:

Since plugins in the Figma Community are created and maintained by third-party developers, support for plugin-specific functionality and integrations is typically handled directly by the plugin developer, as they’re most familiar with how their plugin works and any known compatibility considerations.

Please reach out to the plugin developer through the support contact listed on the plugin’s Community page, as they’ll be best equipped to investigate the connection issue further and provide more targeted guidance.

Thanks!

Hi @aycoder, Celyn from Figma Community Support here.

Thanks for reaching out and for sharing the screenshot. I understand that you’re encountering a network connection error with the Codify plugin that’s preventing you from using it normally.

As a quick check, could you try:

  • Refreshing your browser tab or restarting Figma
  • Temporarily disabling any VPN, proxy, firewall, or browser extensions, or switching to a different network connection, as these can sometimes interfere with the plugin’s connection to Figma

If the issue continues, could you also let us know:

  • Whether this happens in both the Figma desktop app and browser version
  • Whether other plugins are working normally
  • Your operating system and browser/app version

In the meantime, I’ve gone ahead and created a support ticket for you so the team can take a closer look and assist you directly from there, your case number is #1920719.

It’ll be great if you could reply directly to the ticket with the additional information above so the team can investigate further.

Appreciate you working with us on this 🙏

Yes, I have disabled VPN and proxy servers, but the error above still appears.
Currently, both the browser version and the desktop client are showing this connection error, whereas other tools such as Anima, Figma, and To Code do not encounter any connection problems.
What's even more coincidental is that my colleagues are also reporting the same connection error, which prevents us from successfully logging into the plugin and using it normally.

This is very urgent!!!and we hope the team can fix it as soon as possible.Thank you.
