Figma Application not working after update

Figma Desktop opens but the main hub never loads. Browser works perfectly.
I cannot open menus, create new files, or access settings.
Full cache reset, deleting Figma Agent, reinstalling, disabling GPU via flags, and reinstalling older builds did not resolve it.
This started immediately after the 126.0.4.0 Windows update. Anything else I can check? I use the browser sometimes but it takes a while especially when I am using fonts that I installed and takes longer to load.

Hey @Dantastic, thanks for flagging this and for trying all the right troubleshooting steps!

Given everything you’ve tried, I’ve gone ahead and created a support ticket on your behalf so our Technical Quality team can investigate this. Your ticket number is #1728975, for reference.

To help the team pinpoint what’s happening with the desktop app, could you please download the Figma Desktop debug logs and share it with the team.

Someone from the team should be in touch with you soon. I appreciate your patience in the meantime!

Hey @Terence95140,  I’d be happy to help look into it. To better understand what’s going on, could you share a bit more detail? For example:

• Are you seeing this issue only in the desktop app, or also in the browser (Figma supports Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox)?
• Have you tried restarting the browser or reinstalling the desktop app?
• Are both your browser and the Figma app fully up to date?
• If you’re on Windows, which version are you using?
• If possible, a screenshot or screen recording of what you’re seeing would really help.

Thank you for your help!

The issue is only on the desktop app, browser is fine at the moment.

I have reinstalled, cleared cache and disabled gpu for the application to see if that was the problem and still not working.

The issue came as I updated the newest figma update. So it is up to date

I am using Windows 11

Here are screenshots of what it looks like
