And the unwarranted billing situation continues. Despite downgrading my subscription and the lack of a live person to respond to several follow up requests to cancel, I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company. Figma, figure this out.

Hello ​@Kathy Keating - I am sorry for the inconvenience this unintended subscription payment may have caused. I have done some searching on my end, and see that you’ve filed tickets with our support team requesting immediate assistance with your unexpected charges.

I have escalated this on their end, and someone should be in contact with you once available. I can’t promise an exact time they will respond, but kindly thank you for your patience while this is managed.

I got charged even i cancelled my subscription.
