Contact with FIGMA Sales Team

Question

Hi,

I’m trying since about 1 month to contact FIGMA sales team to see for an Organization License via the Contact form, with no news, I tried in English, in French (about 4 times), and even via Contact Support (A ticket is open now for about 10 days here: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/1588454). I tried also direct mail to sales@figma.com

It seems that it exists no way to contact anyone from figma except this forum :(

We would like to have a contact to discuss a full switch for our European organization to Figma tools.

Any answer would be appreciate, thanks in advance,
