Comment filtering

Often, you click on a comment reply, and it disappears, having being marked as “Read”. Then, it is impossible to find it again.

Add a filter to display comments/replies for a specific date or date range. Then users can filter out everything that was discussed today, for example, regardless of the read/unread status.
