Color Library vs Custom Color

If I create a shape or select something and I click the color swatch it should NOT default to “Custom” if I have taken the TIME to create a color LIBRARY! 

I have a color library, so I probably do NOT want a custom color most of the time. 

Once a color library has been create, make that the TAB that is the default.
