Can't we default search "all libraries" – I have to click this option CONSTANTLY

I spend a lot of time clicking "search all libraries" when there are zero results to a component search, such as when swapping an instance.  Can we default to searching all libraries if there are zero results, and just note that there are zero results in the highlighted library (I’m not even sure which library is being searched or why that one is being searched instead of the others, by the way, so that’s a UX issue).
